FTTHHHHHHPP!
I've been feeling rather listless, uninspired and lazy. My days have been a boring blend of yelling at people at work, playing Fable, reading comics, and procrastinating. I feel a little guilty about being so lazy, but it's getting to be that time of year when I get the hibernation urges. Does anyone else get that feeling of wanting to hole-up in a warm dark place and sleep through until christmas?I went to a trade show last night. A co-worker decided she didn't want to stay in last night and suggested it, and I was in a wierd mood, so I decided to go. I bought:
1 beeswax piller candle
1 pack of beef jerky
1 box of Girl Guide cookies
2 different wind instruments (that I can't play, but make awesome sounds)
1 spear (I actually found a real spear)
On the homefront, Diane's going to pick up Lucious from the vet today, if the vet feels he's stable enough. He was hit by a car the other day and left for dead, but her boss found him and took him in. He's likely going to make a full recovery, but there is a possibility he's brain damaged. I'll know more this afternoon.

I'd say. You're a bit of a drag lately. ^_~ I hope you start blogging more.
wouldn't it be better to have the cat put down? Keeping the cat alive only makes Diane feel better but no what's neccessarily better for Lucious, y'know?
She's actually for having him put down, but the vet figures he'll pull through, eventually. I just talked to her; she has him at home and he's looking pretty bad, but she's going to give him time to recover. He's young yet, and cats are pretty resilient.
so now that you have a real spear, are you going to create chaos and/or rain depending on what's more appropriate?
why are you so lazy lately? how's school?
It rains everyday here anyway, so that's out. I was thinking more along the lines of "ruling fiercely".
I don't know why I'm lazy. But fighting it just made me frustrated, so I've decided to run with it. It'll run itself out soon.
School's ok. I'm less impressed with the class than I thought I would be. It offers almost no info on anything.
"This is Stonehenge. We don't know why they built it or where the material came from, or who built it, but it's circular and really big." :P
*lol* sounds about as interesting as my Anthropology course in World Religion. Well the good thing is you can take the basics and reseach on your own; or not since you're lazy and all.
I will. I was just hoping for more of an introduction to the concepts and iconography. It turns out I know more than what she teaches.
by the way, I'm going to start putting back our posts soon on the new blog: I want to tweak the template a bit though as much as I can with no webspace. My 'rents switched to Shaw so I'll get their access and upload images there.
That sounds really good.
oh speaking of which. can you write a few paragraphs about your paganism and spiritual journey? You can even start it with, "once upon a time". Just what you believe, what you're studying, what interests you etc? can you email me at my jawajuice@REMOVEMEgmail.com so I can access at work? thanks!
Yes!! I'll start on that tomorrow and e-mail it to you.
I'm going to email mine to you tonight if I finish it. It's not very eloquent and I hope you can help me with that. I want them to be our first posts.
Absolutely. It will be a good excercise, I think :) Something to maybe move me back in a direction.
I sent you an email! go go go look O_o
